When I was around 3 yrs old I went to the park with my uncle. There was a band playing and almost immediately I climbed onto the picnic table, saying, “I need a stage!” I guess I knew I wanted to be a performer before I really knew what a performer was or did. While pursuing my dreams in Washington, DC I was lucky enough to be cast in the Broadway cast of The Lion King. That was 8 yrs ago and since then I’ve been having the time of my life! I’ve recorded two cast albums. I performed on the Tony Awards. And best of all I’ve gotten share all the highs and lows with two of my best friends, Caroline and Nick, pursuing their dreams right along with me! My advice to you: try new things, figure out who you are, and build your own tribe!
I don’t know a life without the magic of theatre and performing. You might say I’ve got magic to do. I have been a green witch and flown into the western skies, I’ve created a sparkly ice castle with my bare hands, and I’ve even become the First Lady of Argentina, but the true magic has always begun with the creative process. I grew up creating and performing in and around the Maryland area with my two friends, Nick and Alan, and have always admired the magic they have brought to the stage. I have had the honor of not only performing on Broadway multiple times, but traveling and performing all over the world. I love, love, love theatre and I cannot wait to share that magic with you as we learn from each other to grow into the artists we are meant to be! Let’s make magic together!
I'm a third generational performer- I grew up in "The Biz", and have spent my entire life on or back stage. Sir Ian McKellen used to change my diapers AND coach me on my Shakespeare at the exact same time. True story...Not an embellishment! I've worked across the country and Regionally but proudly call myself a New Yorkah. I graduated from The Catholic University of America with a BA and was lucky enough to work consistently in the Washington DC Theatre Scene for 10 years. I'm grateful for my experiences, but I'm even more grateful for what they've taught me. The rehearsal room is sacred and I want to be in there with YOU. All I ever do with my best friends Alan and Caroline is laugh- I can only imagine what fun we can have discovering and learning together. Let's lean into our authenticity, vulnerability and RISK for the FUN OF IT!
